Winter Open - Singles Stableford - Any Gender

Local rule from Friday 25th October - a ball coming to rest in the general area may be marked, lifted, cleaned and replaced within 6 inches no nearer the hole.
Once replaced, the ball is in play and must be played as it lies.
Breach of this procedure incurs the general penalty under rule 14.7 (A) - 2 strokes in medal or loss of hole in matchplay.
In bunkers, the above rule also applies with the addition that once marked, the sand may be raked before the ball is replaced.
